Oella is a partnership between
two sisters who love jewelry and anything that sparkles. The name, Oella,
is a combination of our daughter’s names…Olivia and Bella.
We began a few years ago and instantly became addicted to creating beautiful
jewelry. We love making the personalized jewelry, because the pieces
really mean something special to the customer. We have found that they
make the most special gifts for moms, grandmothers or moms-to-be with
kids' names listed on them. It is also a fun idea to have something
made for yourself and a friend with a special quote or a list of inspirational
words that mean something to both of you.
All of our pieces are made by hand one at a time, so please allow for
these distinctions and slight differences…it adds to the charm
of the piece. We use sterling silver, pearls, semi-precious stones,
Swarovski crystals and occasionally we’ll add rubies or sapphires
to the mix.

Length
of Quote/Words |
We use different sizes of
letter stamps depending on the project, word, or quote.All stamped
words are done in capital letters. In general, we can fit 9-11
letters per inch of silver. The cuff bracelet is usually 5 inches long
and the bangle is a bit longer. A 5/8th inch disk can fit 5-7 letters
with two lines max. If you’re unsure whether your custom quote,
words, or names will fit email us at oella_jewels@yahoo.com
and we’ll let you know.

Sizing |
Our bracelets are made to
fit an average sized wrist…generally 5 ¾ to 6 ¼
inches. You are welcome to send us your wrist measurement when ordering
a bracelet.

Turnaround |
After receiving your order
and payment please give us at least 14 days to make and ship your order.
All of our “words of art” pieces are custom made by hand
and require time. We will email you when your order has shipped. If
you need something sooner feel free to email and ask if it is possible.

American Express, Discover or regular account payments through Paypal.
Don’t worry if you don’t have a Paypal account. You do NOT
have to have an account to use this service. They make it very easy
for anybody to make a payment.

We ship USPS Priority Mail
for a flat fee of $5.00. We generally ship on Mondays and Thursdays.

to us. We will not share your info with anyone. If you make contact
with us we may add your name to our email list, but you can opt out
at any time by contacting us. Paypal automatically encrypts your confidential
information…we never see your credit card information.
